Products & Customization

What materials are used?
Our 3D maps are printed in matte PLA, then hand-finished and framed in either natural wood or a deep shadow box.
Can I request any city?

Yes-any city or location worldwide.

  1. Click Start Custom in the top nav.
  2. Search for your city or drop a pin on the map.
  3. Adjust the square to cover the exact area you want (drag to move, resize to fit).
  4. Pick your frame style (Wood or Shadow box) and size (S/M/L).
  5. Click Add to cart and Checkout-we’ll craft your unique city piece and ship it to your door.
Do you offer engraving?
Wood frames support engraving(city name and your custom text). Shadow boxes can include printed labels.

Orders & Payment

How do I place a custom order?
Use the “Start Custom” flow the instruction to capture your map selection, finishes, and notes.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards and wallets supported by Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Can I modify or cancel?
Changes are possible with 24 hours, Ready-made orders can be cancelled within 48 hours.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
We ship across North America with tracked service.
How long is production and delivery?
Printing in 3–4 business days, framing/packaging in 1–2 days, then shipping (typically 3–5 days).
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support with photos within 7 days so we can repair or replace the piece quickly.
