Terms of Service

By accessing or using 3dcustomlab.com (“the Site”) and our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

3DCustomLab designs, fabricates, and sells custom and ready-made 3D city maps, including frames and accessories. Services include the online customizer, order fulfilment, and customer support.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

• Orders for ready-made items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
• Custom map orders are produced from the selections you confirm at checkout. Production begins immediately; custom products cannot be cancelled or refunded except for manufacturing defects.
• Please review measurements, frame selections, and personalization details carefully. The final product will reflect the selections you confirm in the customizer.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by certified third-party providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We ship worldwide from our production partners. Estimated lead times are provided on the product page and during checkout. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Custom pieces are final sale, but we will repair or replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and 3D models on the Site are owned by or licensed to 3DCustomLab. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content and use the customizer for personal purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with other users, attempt to access systems without authorization, post harmful content, or use the customizer to create illegal, hateful, or infringing designs. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that our site is free of errors or viruses.

To the extent permitted by law, 3DCustomLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
